About this tool
The Critical Risk Check is a site-level companion to the Mirvac Minimum Requirements (MMRs). It helps a project team quickly identify which critical hazards apply to the work, and confirm whether the MMR controls are in place.
Use it to:
Capture project context and scope.
Toggle which critical hazards are present on site.
Work through the MMR controls for each hazard, recording status, verification confidence, and any additional controls or actions per item.
Reflect on what isn't on the checklist using the Be Curious prompts.
Export a clean PDF summary or an Excel workbook for record keeping or review.
Note: this tool is a working aid and does not save your data. Always export your check on completion. Outputs should be reviewed by the responsible Mirvac representative and supplemented with formal MMR documentation as required.

Performance criteria
The specific control requirement listed against each MMR.
High-risk structure
Any structure where collapse or partial collapse would create a fatality or life-changing injury risk.
Suspended floor
A floor structure that is supported above ground level by columns, walls, or beams rather than resting on the ground.
